✅ Achieve individual and store sales targets ✅ Assist customers with frames, lenses, sunglasses and accessories ✅ Drive sales conversion, upselling and cross-selling ✅ Handle billing,
digital payments and customer queries ✅ Support store operations and inventory management ✅ Maintain excellent customer experience and store standards ### ? CANDIDATE PROFILE ✔️ Graduation preferred/required as per company norms ✔️ Relevant retail sales experience preferred ✔️ 2+ years of relevant sales experience preferred ✔️ Senior Sales Associate / Team Leader experience is an advantage ✔️ Valuable communication skills in English (B2+), Hindi and local language ✔️ Comfortable working in rotational shifts ✔️ Strong customer-handling and target-oriented approach ### ?
