Minimum 3 Years Employment: Full time Key Requirements
• 3+ years of QA experience in International Travel Sales / Airline Ticketing.
• Strong knowledge of international airfare, fare rules, refunds, cancellations ticketing.
• Excellent English communication (spoken written).
• Experience in call monitoring, quality audits, scorecards feedback.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, objection handling upselling.
• Amadeus / Sabre / Travelport knowledge will be an advantage. Important: Candidates must have relevant Quality Analyst experience in International Travel Sales or Airline Ticketing.
