Role Description The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for civil and related engineering projects. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing drawings and specifications, collecting and validating cost data, coordinating with suppliers and contractors for pricing, and supporting negotiation and finalization of project budgets. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, design teams, and procurement to ensure estimates align with technical requirements and commercial objectives.



The Estimation Engineer will also perform market and technical research to update cost databases and estimation methodologies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong project estimation skills, including BOQ preparation and detailed cost analysis.
• Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Civil Engineering or related engineering disciplines.
• Candidates should possess negotiation skills for coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess research skills to gather market rates, technical data, and industry benchmarks.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Civil Engineering or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency with estimation tools, spreadsheets, and basic project management software.
• Robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with technical drawings and specifications.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an in office project environment.
• Prior experience in estimation for construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects is an advantage.
