Role Description The Cabin Crew Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The trainer will design and deliver classroom and practical training modules covering safety procedures, in-flight service standards, customer care, grooming, and professional conduct for aspiring cabin crew. Responsibilities include planning lessons, conducting simulations of aircraft operations, evaluating trainee performance, and providing constructive feedback and coaching. The role involves updating training content in line with current aviation regulations and airline requirements, maintaining training records, and coordinating with the academy’s placement team to align training outcomes with industry expectations. The trainer will also mentor students on interview preparation, communication skills,



and real-world scenarios to support their transition into airline and hospitality roles.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct theoretical and practical aviation training sessions.
• Train students in cabin crew duties, in-flight services, and passenger handling.
• Conduct grooming, etiquette, and personality development sessions.
• Improve students' spoken English and communication skills.
• Prepare students for domestic and international airline interviews.
• Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and role plays.
• Provide practical training in the mock aircraft/flight training room.
• Teach customer service, qualified behaviour, and airline standards.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and student assessments.
• Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
• Maintain attendance, academic records, and training reports.
• Coordinate with the academic team to ensure student progress and placement readiness. Eligibility & Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline. Aviation or hospitality qualifications preferred.
• Previous experience as cabin crew with a reputed domestic or international airline preferred.
• Candidates with experience in aviation training, hospitality training, or personality development may also apply.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
