We are looking for Service Desk L1 / Product Support professionals with experience in IT technical support, ticket management, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
The candidate should have strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Mandatory Skills

- Basic IT troubleshooting
- Excellent verbal and written communication
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 technical support to end users.
- Handle incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Office 365 issues.
- Assist users with Active Directory-related issues.
- Log, track, update, and resolve support tickets.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain SLA and ensure customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant technical support experience.
- Training, internship, and bench periods will not be considered as relevant experience.
- Must be comfortable working in US shifts and versatile 24×7 rotational shifts.
- Must be willing to complete client-mandated training.
- Graduation certificates and original mark sheets must be available for onboarding verification, subject to client policy.
Interview Process

2. SHL Assessment – Aptitude, English, SVAR, and Email Writing
3. Operations Round – Final Interview
