About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Insurance Analyst to join our growing team. The role involves understanding clients' financial protection needs, evaluating suitable insurance solutions, managing client relationships, and coordinating with insurance partners to ensure seamless execution and servicing. The ideal candidate will combine strong insurance product knowledge with analytical skills, effective communication, and a consultative approach to client advisory.

Key Responsibilities
• Insurance Analysis: Assess clients' financial goals, risk profiles, and protection requirements to identify suitable insurance solutions.
• Product Evaluation: Analyze and recommend life, health, and general insurance products aligned with clients' financial objectives.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive engagement, policy reviews, and ongoing support.
• Insurance Operations: Coordinate policy issuance, documentation, renewals, endorsements, and claims-related assistance.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with relationship managers, internal teams, insurance providers,



and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Client Servicing: Track client requests, resolve queries, and ensure timely communication throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate policy records and support adherence to applicable regulatory and internal requirements. Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in insurance advisory, bancassurance, or wealth management.
• Strong understanding of life, health, and general insurance products.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Client-centric mindset with a consultative approach to insurance and financial protection planning.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
• IRDAI certification or willingness to obtain relevant certification will be an added advantage.
