Role Description This is a full time, on-site Project Manager role based in Raipur. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, monitoring progress, tracking deliverables, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards. The role involves supervising expediting activities, coordinating inspections, and aligning logistics to support smooth project operations. The Project Manager will prepare reports, manage risks, resolve issues,



and communicate project status to leadership while driving continuous improvement in project performance. Qualifications
• Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and risk management
• Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and follow-up with vendors and contractors
• Inspection skills to coordinate and verify compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards
• Logistics Management skills to oversee material movement, transport planning, and on-site coordination
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field
• Proven experience managing infrastructure, industrial, or energy-related projects
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; knowledge of PM methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Raipur and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
