The Role We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can build audiences, drive organic growth and create engaging, high-performing content across Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars.
• Identify trending topics across politics, culture, faith and current affairs.
• Drive organic growth, follower acquisition, reach and engagement.
• Create viral content strategies, experiments and collaborations.
• Track analytics, optimise performance and improve content formats.




• Build and engage regional-language communities.
• Convert social media engagement into app traffic and user acquisition. What We're Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience managing social media platforms.
• Proven track record of organic audience and follower growth.
• Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Reels and Shorts.
• Knowledge of Indian internet culture and regional audiences.
• Creative, analytical and data-driven approach.
