This role is responsible for planning, writing, and optimizing marketing content across web pages, blogs, email campaigns, social media, and other digital channels to support brand awareness and lead generation. Daily tasks include conducting research on HR technology trends, developing content strategies aligned with marketing objectives, and producing clear, engaging copy tailored to different target audiences. The Marketing Content Writer will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to create compelling messaging, case studies,



and thought leadership articles that highlight HRnest’s solutions. The role also involves proofreading and editing content, maintaining a consistent brand voice, and tracking content performance to refine future campaigns. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills to produce clear, engaging, and audience-focused marketing materials.
• Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Research skills to plan campaigns, identify topics, and align content with business goals.
• Candidates should possess solid Proofreading skills to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with basic digital marketing practices, such as SEO fundamentals, social media content, and email marketing.
• Solid command of written English and the ability to adapt tone and style for different formats and audiences.
• Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience creating content for B2B technology or HR/HRMS products is an advantage.
