Not open to companies, firms, agencies, or staffing/consulting organizations or their representatives. Engagements are contracted directly with the individual. About the Opportunity Ciiindion, a deep-tech startup, is engaging experienced independent Technology Architects, Engineers and Consultants for the architecture, design, engineering and implementation of next-generation solutions. Engagements can span one or more domains, based on your expertise, availability and project needs. Areas of Engagement
• Cybersecurity & Agentic AI: security architecture, network and application security, threat detection, SecOps, AI-driven security automation, autonomous security operations.
• Applications & Platforms: enterprise application architecture, distributed systems, platform engineering, APIs, microservices, integration.
• Database & Data Engineering: SQL/NoSQL architecture and administration, data modelling, pipelines (ETL/ELT), data lakes and warehouses, real-time processing, data governance.
• DevOps, DevSecOps & Automation: CI/CD, infrastructure as code, secure pipelines, deployment automation, monitoring and reliability engineering.
• AI-assisted Development / Vibe Coding: AI coding assistants, agentic workflows,



engineering productivity. Expected Contribution
• Provide architectural guidance, technical consulting and design recommendations.
• Join technical discussions, solution reviews and design workshops.
• Produce architecture documents, technical specifications and implementation roadmaps.
• Work hands-on in development, configuration, integration, testing and implementation, as required.
• Support PoCs, prototyping and solution development; review technology choices and solution quality.
• Mentor internal engineering teams, as appropriate. Desired Profile
• Independent individual professional (not engaging through a company).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in one or more of the domains above, combining hands-on engineering with architecture or consulting.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams; robust problem-solving, design and communication skills.
• Exposure to deep-tech, enterprise, mission-critical or large-scale systems is an advantage. Commercial Engagement
• T&M; basis, contracted directly with the individual consultant; flexible bandwidth and duration.
