About the Role
We are looking for a Senior GRC Associate who can independently lead cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance engagements while contributing to the development of our AI-powered GRC automation platform. The ideal candidate combines strong regulatory compliance expertise, hands-on audit experience, team leadership, and an understanding of technology-driven compliance automation.

Key Responsibilities
● Lead end-to-end GRC engagements, including risk assessments, compliance audits, ISMS implementation, and control testing. ● Manage compliance requirements across ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF, RBI, SEBI CSCRF, and DPDP Act. ● Guide junior GRC analysts, review deliverables, and ensure quality and timely execution. ● Manage client communication, audit coordination, regulatory reporting, and remediation tracking. ● Develop control frameworks, risk registers, policies, SOPs, and compliance dashboards. ● Identify opportunities to automate evidence collection, control monitoring, risk assessments, and audit workflows. ● Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate GRC requirements into automation features. ● Validate automated control assessments, AI-generated compliance outputs, and framework mappings.



Required Skills ● 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity GRC, ISMS, IT audits, or regulatory compliance. ● Hands-on experience independently managing compliance assessments and audits. ● Robust understanding of ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, and applicable regulatory frameworks. ● Experience mentoring junior analysts or coordinating GRC delivery teams. ● Practical knowledge of GRC platforms, compliance workflows, and control automation. ● Ability to translate regulatory requirements into technical and functional specifications. ● Strong client management, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications ● Experience in BFSI, NBFC, fintech, or regulated industries. ● Exposure to ServiceNow GRC, Archer, OneTrust, Vanta, Drata, or similar platforms. ● Understanding of APIs, Python, SQL, cloud security, or workflow automation. ● Certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISA, CRISC, or CISM.
