Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role based in Hyderabad. The Telemarketer will make outbound and receive inbound calls to engage prospective and existing customers, introduce Petfolk’s services, and promote offerings related to pet care. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, explaining service benefits, answering questions, and scheduling appointments with appropriate teams or locations. The role involves maintaining accurate call records, updating customer information in systems, and following up on inquiries to support conversions and customer satisfaction. The Telemarketer will collaborate with customer service and sales teams to meet call targets,



support campaigns, and uphold a professional, pet-friendly brand image. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build rapport with customers and clearly explain Petfolk’s services.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and provide a positive experience for pet parents.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify customer needs, present relevant solutions, and support conversions and revenue goals.
• Candidates should possess Appointment Scheduling skills to coordinate bookings accurately and efficiently across teams and locations.
• Relevant skills such as basic computer proficiency, CRM or call-center software experience, and the ability to manage call volumes are beneficial.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, call centers, or customer-facing roles is preferred; knowledge of pet care or interest in working with pet families is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, meet performance targets, follow scripts and guidelines, and communicate in clear English; additional local languages are a plus.
