Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a CAD Designer & BIM Modeler based in Bengaluru. The role involves preparing and updating detailed technical and construction drawings using CAD and BIM tools, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards and codes. The CAD Designer & BIM Modeler will develop and maintain 3D BIM models, coordinate design information across disciplines, and support design engineers with layout, detailing, and documentation. Daily tasks include reviewing project specifications, performing design revisions, managing drawing versions, and collaborating with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.



The role also includes contributing to quality checks, supporting clash detection and model coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of design outputs for ongoing projects. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Technical Drawing and Drawing for engineering and architectural projects.
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating and modifying detailed design and construction documentation.
• Experience in preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings, including plans, sections, and details.
• Background in Design Engineering, supporting multidisciplinary teams in infrastructure and building projects.
• Hands-on experience with BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) for modeling, coordination, and clash detection.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Ability to read and apply relevant codes, standards, and client specifications in design deliverables.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple design tasks and deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working within cross-functional project teams.
• Prior experience in energy, transportation, or large infrastructure projects in India is an advantage.
