We’re Hiring: Web Development & Operations Intern Company: Akshara Enterprises

Location:
Bangalore | Work from Office Duration: Minimum 6 months Stipend: ₹7,500 per month, extendable up to ₹10,800 based on monthly performance. PPO Prospect: Full-time package of ₹4.5–6 LPA, based on internship performance. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building websites, solving problems, and supporting digital project operations. You should have already built functional websites using AI tools, conventional development methods, or a combination of both.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop, deploy, maintain, and improve websites and internal web tools.
* Build responsive, user-friendly websites using suitable development tools and technologies.
* Test features, troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and improve website performance.
* Translate business requirements into practical features and workflows.
* Support project operations through task tracking, documentation, progress updates, and team coordination.
* Take ownership of assigned work and meet agreed deadlines. Eligibility & Skills
* Currently in your final year of study or already graduated.
* Available for a minimum six-month internship, working from our Bangalore office.
* Have hands-on website development experience and projects to demonstrate your skills.
* Can understand, modify, test, and troubleshoot your work,



including websites built using AI.
* Have a working understanding of web development fundamentals, Git/GitHub, and deployment.
* Are organised, proactive, and comfortable handling development and operational responsibilities. Important Note: This internship requires strong, hands-on website development skills and is not suitable for beginners. You must have already built functional websites and be able to develop, troubleshoot, and deliver assigned work, as you will start working on live projects from the first week.
