- Training would be provided We are hiring a Wellness Expert – Weight Loss & Client Support to guide and motivate our existing clients throughout their weight loss journey. The role involves providing personalized diet and workout guidance according to company programs, monitoring client progress, answering health and lifestyle-related queries, and ensuring clients receive excellent support to achieve their goals. Prior weight loss or wellness support experience will be preferred. However, complete qualified training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients regarding their diet plans, eating habits, exercise routines, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Provide regular follow-ups, motivation,



and ongoing support throughout their weight loss journey.
- Monitor clients' weight loss progress, measurements, diet adherence, and overall satisfaction.
- Help clients understand their prescribed diet and workout plans and resolve day-to-day difficulties.
- Address client concerns, provide practical solutions within company guidelines, and escalate medical queries when required.
- Build strong relationships with clients through friendly, empathetic, and professional communication.
- Maintain accurate client progress records and follow-up details in the company's CRM.
- Encourage program adherence, client satisfaction, and long-term engagement. Qualifications & Skills
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati is mandatory.
- Good communication skills with a friendly, positive, and caring personality.
- Basic understanding of nutrition, diet, fitness, or weight loss is an advantage.
- Candidates with previous experience in weight loss clinics, diet consultation support, fitness coaching, or wellness client support will be given preference.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in health and wellness may also apply.
- Should be patient, empathetic, confident, and capable of motivating clients.
- Comfortable using computers, mobile applications, WhatsApp, and CRM systems.
- Willingness to learn and follow the company's wellness guidance and training protocols. Note: Formal nutrition qualifications are an advantage but not mandatory. Complete role-specific training will be provided.
