About the role
We’re looking for an Operations Manager who will own vendor relationships and make sure commitments turn into deliveries. This is a remote role for someone based in Delhi NCR and comfortable being out at vendor facilities regularly. What you will work on
• Source and coordinate suppliers, compare quotes, negotiate terms, and track commitments.
• Visit vendors and facilities for production follow-ups, quality checks, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate procurement, inventory, logistics,



and fulfilment dependencies.
• Build useful trackers, checklists, and SOPs.
• Spot delays early, explore practical options, and follow through until work is closed. Who we are looking forIdeally, you have 1–3 years of relevant operations, procurement, supply chain, or vendor management experience. You are resourceful, persistent with follow-ups, explicit in your communication, and comfortable handling multiple timelines. You should be based in Delhi NCR and able to travel locally, typically 2–3 days per week, with occasional outstation visits.
