About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and technically capable IT Analyst to manage day-to-day IT support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure the smooth functioning of systems used across the organization. You will play a crucial role in providing first-line technical support, managing user access, handling asset inventories, and maintaining network security.

Key Responsibilities
IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide first-level support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues; diagnose and resolve problems with laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals promptly. Infrastructure & Asset Management: Monitor IT infrastructure, maintain an updated inventory of IT assets, and coordinate setup/configuration for current joiners and de-provisioning for exits. User Access Administration: Create, configure, and manage user accounts, permissions, password resets, and official email setups securely.



Network & Security: Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity; support antivirus deployments, software patching, and system updates while enforcing data protection policies. Vendor & Documentation Support: Coordinate with external IT vendors and internet service providers, maintain incident records, and document troubleshooting procedures. Required Qualifications &

Experience:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a related field. 1 to 3 years of professional experience in IT support, desktop support, or system administration. Strong working knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP). Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, email systems, antivirus tools, and user account management. Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
