Role Description The Tekla Modeler will be responsible for creating, modifying, and managing 3D models in Tekla Structures for structural and miscellaneous steel projects. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting engineering and architectural drawings, developing accurate shop and erection drawings, coordinating with design and fabrication teams, and ensuring models are compliant with project standards and client specifications.



The role involves checking and updating models based on design changes, addressing clash detection and constructability issues, and preparing detailed reports and documentation for project delivery. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nashik, requiring close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and detailers to support timely and quality execution. Qualifications
• Proficiency in Tekla Structures or similar 3D modeling tools for steel detailing and BIM workflows.
• Strong ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings, codes, and standards.
• Experience in preparing shop drawings, erection drawings, and fabrication details for steel structures.
• Knowledge of structural steel components, connections, and fabrication/erection practices.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in modeling, and strong problem-solving skills for clash detection and constructability issues.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with engineers, detailers, and project managers.
• Diploma or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field; prior experience in steel detailing or BIM is an advantage.
• Familiarity with 3D laser scanning data integration and retrofit/renovation projects is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Nashik and manage deadlines within a fast-paced project setting.
