About the Role
We are looking for an experienced MAWM Consultant to join our offshore delivery team and support UAT, Go-Live, hypercare, testing, and functional support for Manhattan Active Warehouse Management implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) and a strong understanding of warehouse management processes. This role will work closely with offshore functional, technical, integration, and project teams to support successful testing, deployment, and stabilization of MAWM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Support UAT planning and execution, including test scenarios, test cases, test data, execution, and defect tracking.
• Validate end-to-end MAWM warehouse processes and workflows across different business scenarios.
• Execute functional testing and identify, document, and troubleshoot issues and defects.
• Support Go-Live, cutover, hypercare, and production stabilization activities.
• Provide functional support during implementation and post-Go-Live activities.
• Analyze functional issues and coordinate with technical and integration teams for resolution.
• Participate in defect triage, root cause analysis, retesting, and issue closure.
• Support development and maintenance of test scripts, test scenarios, process documentation, and user guides.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to MAWM functionality and warehouse processes.
• Support end-user and business process training activities by preparing training materials and conducting internal knowledge-sharing sessions as required.
• Participate in system demonstrations, process walkthroughs,



and internal solution reviews.
• Collaborate with functional, technical, integration, QA, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Support multiple workstreams across implementation, testing, deployment, and post-Go-Live support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of MAWM processes, testing approaches, and delivery practices. Required Qualifications
• 3
- 9 years of experience in WMS, warehouse technology, supply chain technology, or related roles.
• Current or recent hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) is mandatory.
• Robust understanding of warehouse processes including receiving, putaway, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, and order fulfillment.
• Hands-on experience in UAT, functional testing, Go-Live, hypercare, or production support for WMS/MAWM solutions.
• Ability to create and execute test scenarios, test cases, and functional validation.
• Experience in identifying, documenting, analyzing, and tracking functional defects.
• Good understanding of MAWM functionality and end-to-end warehouse workflows.
• Ability to work effectively with functional, technical, integration, and QA teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an offshore delivery and collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with MAWM implementation, configuration, enhancements, or upgrades.
• Experience supporting Go-Live and post-Go-Live hypercare activities.
• Experience with end-user training, train-the-trainer activities, or creation of training materials.
• Knowledge of MAWM integrations with ERP, OMS, TMS, automation, or other supply chain systems.
• Experience working with multiple warehouse processes, sites, or large-scale WMS implementations.
• Exposure to defect management and testing tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of warehouse automation and integration concepts is a plus.
