About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Intern for an intensive 6-month training and growth program. You’ll work directly with our marketing and growth leads to run campaigns, build organic outreach pipelines and engage potential B2B clients. This is an unpaid internship. High-performing interns will be offered a full time Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) after the 6-month evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in running multi-channel marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email and social media
• Research target markets to identify prospective B2B clients and generate qualified leads
• Write clear, persuasive copy for outreach sequences, landing pages and marketing collateral
• Track and report weekly KPIs, campaign conversion metrics and engagement data
• Work with the product and sales teams to align outreach with new feature launches Who You Are
• A final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business,
Communications or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Curious about digital marketing tools, funnel building and audience acquisition
• Able to commit full-time or dedicated hours for the full 6 months Your 6-Month Journey
• Months 1–2: Learn our audience personas, shadow active marketing funnels and launch your first outbound campaign
• Months 3–4: Source and nurture lead pipelines on your own while improving campaign engagement
• Months 5–6: Lead end-to-end campaigns and go through a full evaluation for the PPO What You’ll Get
