Role Description The Quality Assurance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vapi. This role is responsible for overseeing quality standards across the production process, from fabric and trims inspection to final garment checks. Day-to-day tasks include establishing and updating quality control procedures, supervising QA/QC staff, conducting in-line and final inspections, and coordinating with design, merchandising, and production teams to resolve quality issues. The Quality Assurance Manager will analyze defect trends, implement corrective and preventive actions, maintain documentation and compliance with relevant standards, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure consistent product quality.



The role also involves training team members on quality requirements and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce returns. Qualifications
• Experience in apparel or textile Quality Assurance/Quality Control, including setting quality standards and conducting in-line and final inspections.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and finishing processes, with the ability to identify defects and root causes.
• Skills in developing and implementing quality processes, SOPs, and corrective/preventive actions, along with maintaining quality documentation.
• Ability to use basic quality tools and metrics (e.g., inspection reports, defect analysis, sampling plans) and familiarity with relevant industry standards.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with production, design, merchandising, and vendor teams.
• Proven people management skills, including training, guiding, and supervising QA/QC staff in a quick-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, Quality Management, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in a fashion, apparel manufacturing, or fast fashion environment is highly beneficial.
