Role Description The Service Engineer UPS role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ambah. The individual in this role will install, commission, and maintain UPS systems, ensuring reliable performance and minimal downtime for customers. Daily responsibilities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing faults, and executing repairs at customer sites. The Service Engineer will provide technical support, document service activities,



and coordinate with the central team to ensure timely resolution of issues. The role also involves clear communication with customers regarding service schedules, system status, and recommendations for performance improvement, while adhering to safety and quality standards. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for UPS and related power systems.
• Candidates should possess proven Field Service experience, including on-site installation, commissioning, and customer interaction.
• Candidates should possess solid Maintenance & Repair capabilities for electronic and electrical equipment.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to work with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering field is preferred.
• Knowledge of UPS systems, batteries, and basic power electronics is highly beneficial.
• Ability to read technical diagrams, use diagnostic tools, and follow safety protocols is required.
• Willingness to travel locally, manage time independently, and work in field environments.
