Key Responsibilities
Academic Leadership
• Define academic strategy and ensure consistent learning quality across all centers.
• Establish standardized teaching methodologies and academic processes. Curriculum & Innovation
• Design and update industry-aligned curriculums.
• Introduce emerging technologies such as GenAI, Agentic AI, Cloud, DevOps, Cyber Security and Full Stack Development.
• Ensure practical learning through live projects and coding assessments. Faculty Excellence
• Recruit, mentor and develop technical trainers.
• Conduct technical assessments and faculty development programs.
• Monitor teaching quality and faculty performance. Academic Quality & Industry Alignment
• Track syllabus completion, student satisfaction and learning outcomes.
• Align training with industry requirements and employer expectations.
• Introduce hackathons, industry projects and expert mentorship.



? Required Technical ExpertiseStrong understanding of multiple domains, including:
• Data Structures & Algorithms, OOP and Software Engineering
• Full Stack Development, DBMS and System Design
• AI/ML, GenAI and AI Agents
• Cloud Computing, DevOps and Cyber Security Hands-on experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Spring Boot, Docker, Git and cloud platforms is highly desirable. ? Who Should Apply?
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, IT or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in software engineering, technical leadership, engineering management or technical education.
• Experience leading technical teams and developing industry-aligned curriculums.
• Solid leadership, communication and mentoring skills.
