We are looking for someone who can open doors, identify the right decision-makers, initiate senior-level conversations and help take strategic opportunities from introduction through serious commercial discussions. The role will focus on three major partnership initiatives: 1. LLAMA Xpert ERP — Enterprise AI Partnership We are building a specialized Enterprise AI initiative around ERP, CRM, Connected Enterprises, Continuous Connected Enterprises, enterprise reasoning, AI agents and RL environments. Xpert Systems can contribute the specialized Enterprise AI data foundation and ongoing data-generation capability. We are looking for partners that can contribute GPU infrastructure, AI researchers, model engineering, Llama training/fine-tuning and commercialization capabilities. Potential partners include AI labs, Neo AI Labs, funded AI startups, ERP/SaaS companies and Enterprise AI organizations. 2. One Million CAD Files — Engineering AI Partnership Xpert Systems is building toward a corpus of 1 million human-reviewed CAD files for Engineering AI. We are looking for partners that can combine this engineering-data asset with GPU compute, model training, fine-tuning, multimodal AI and Engineering AI product development. Potential partners include engineering software companies, CAD/CAE SaaS companies, AI labs, funded startups, aerospace/manufacturing technology companies and Enterprise AI organizations. 3.



Institutional Debt for Proprietary Trading Xpert Systems is also seeking relationships with lenders, private credit firms, family offices and institutional capital providers interested in providing debt/loan financing to support our proprietary trading activity. This is debt financing for Xpert Systems' own corporate proprietary trading activity. We are not seeking outside investors for a managed fund, do not take client trading capital, and do not manage outside funds. Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is a solid networker and business developer who is comfortable approaching founders, CEOs, CTOs, AI leaders, institutional lenders, private credit firms, family offices and other senior decision-makers. Experience in one or more of the following would be valuable: Enterprise AI, SaaS, ERP, engineering software, AI labs, venture/startup ecosystems, investment banking, private credit, institutional lending, corporate finance or strategic partnerships. We care more about your ability to create qualified senior-level conversations and partnerships than about a specific degree or job title. This role could be structured with a combination of fixed compensation plus meaningful performance-based incentives for successful partnerships and transactions, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
