Team members contribute to building a trusted brand for property dealings and long-term investment planning. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will engage with prospective and existing customers via phone to promote EstateDekho’s property offerings and services. Daily responsibilities include making outbound and handling inbound calls, explaining property features, addressing customer questions, and guiding them through the buying or selling process. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, maintaining accurate call and sales records, and following up consistently to convert inquiries into successful transactions.



The Telesales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and support continuous improvement in sales processes and customer experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including explicit spoken English and effective listening.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle queries, build trust, and resolve issues professionally.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify prospects, nurture relationships, and close deals.
• Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and CRM or telecalling software familiarity to manage call logs and customer data.
• Relevant experience in telesales, inside sales, or real estate sales is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup, meet targets, and manage time efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
