• Position: Founding Psychologist / Founding Team Member

Location:
Delhi NCR
• Engagement: Founding-team ownership model
• Compensation: Not a conventional fixed-salary position. Structured around revenue sharing and/or potential equity participation, subject to mutual agreement.
• Working arrangement: Close collaboration with the founders,



including in-person meetings and operational involvement.
• Basically hybrid mode
- at least come 3 days in a week offline mode. The exact structure will be discussed transparently with shortlisted candidates based on their experience, contribution, responsibilities, and ownership. How We Measure SuccessYour performance will be evaluated through measurable outcomes:
• Successful management and development of the Buddy team.
• Psychologist onboarding and network development.
• Creation and implementation of clinical SOPs and programmes.
• Quality and successful delivery of corporate workshops.
• Qualified B2B opportunities generated and partnerships closed.
• Revenue generated through institutional and corporate partnerships.
• Operational systems built and successfully implemented. Must Have
• Master's degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counselling Psychology or a relevant discipline.
• Relevant experience in counselling, psychology, mental-health initiatives, or community development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage people and lead teams.
• Strong research, writing, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work across clinical and business responsibilities.




• Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment.
• Based in or willing to work from Delhi NCR. Strongly Preferred
• Experience from a reputed university or institution.
• Experience building something independently: a startup, student organisation, community, initiative, or project.
• Leadership experience in college societies, student councils, NGOs, or qualified communities.
• Exposure to entrepreneurship, business development, sales, or partnerships.
• Experience conducting workshops or working with corporates and institutions.
• Experience creating SOPs, research documents, presentations, brochures, and assessments.
