Lead, Solution Architect

Your Role

We are seeking a technically hands-on Solution Architect who combines strong architecture expertise with practical engineering capability, to help deliver solutions in the Enterprise Architecture team. This individual will operate as a player-coach, contributing directly to solution design and implementation - writing code, building automation s , and enhancing AI-driven solutions.

This role is ideal for an architect who does not want to stay purely at the conceptual level, but instead actively participates supports in building, prototyping, and evolving enterprise solutions alongside engineering teams.

Requirements/Job Responsibilities

- Solution Architecture and Engineering Execution Design





- Develop solution designs for enterprise architecture solutions and consult with other teams as needed Design enterprise architecture solutions, consulting with other teams as needed.

- Develop Proofs-of-Concept to validate architectural decisions

- Develop proofs-of-concept and reference implementations to validate architectural decisions

- Propose changes to Design and evolve enterprise architecture patterns across cloud, SaaS, and AI-enabled platforms

- Directly contribute to codebases where appropriate (e.g., APIs, automation, integrations, AI agents)

- Develop proofs-of-concept and reference implementations to validate architectural decisions

- Develop solution designs for enterprise architecture solutions and consult with other teams as needed

- AI and Automation Development

- Design, build, and enhance AI agents and copilots using modern frameworks (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, LangChain, Semantic Kernel)

- Contribute to prompt engineering, orchestration logic, and integration patterns

- Automate enterprise governance and operational processes using tools such as Power Automate, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or similar

- Platform & Integration Engineering

- Write and review code for APIs, microservices, and integration layers





- Build reusable services and automation pipelines that accelerate delivery teams

- Assist in debugging, performance tuning, and resolving complex technical issues

- Governance & Standards

- Define and Support the definition and enforc ement of e architecture standards while ensuring they are practical and implementable

- Partner with engineering teams to ensure alignment between architecture and delivery

- Support modern engineering practices (CI/CD, IaC, testing strategies) into enterprise workflows

- Collaboration & Leadership

- Act as a bridge between architecture and engineering teams

- Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to developers and solution architects

- Engage with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs

- Programming & Development

- Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript

- Experience building APIs, services, and automation workflows

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and contemporary DevOps practices

- Cloud & Platforms

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

- Experience building and deploying cloud-native applications (containers, serverless, microservices)

- AI & Emerging Technology

- Practical experience building or integrating AI/ML or LLM-based solutions

- Understanding of agent-based architectures, prompt orchestration, and AI governance

- Ability to evaluate and apply emerging technologies in real-world enterprise contexts
