Location: Panipat, Haryana

Salary: 35,000 – 45,000 per month

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Experience: 5+ years in packaging line maintenance and industrial automation

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage packing line operations and maintenance activities.

Ensure maximum equipment availability through preventive and predictive maintenance.

Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns in packaging machinery.

Handle maintenance of:

Conveyors

Palletizers / Depalletizers

Stretch Wrappers

Bagging Machines

Filling Machines

Barcode / Label Printers

Robotics and Automation Systems

Monitor and improve MTTR, MTBF, OEE,



and overall packing line efficiency.

Execute shutdown planning and ensure timely maintenance activities.

Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Drive Kaizen initiatives to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.

Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of packaging machinery and automation systems

Expertise in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and equipment reliability

Knowledge of RCA, CAPA, MTTR, MTBF, and OEE

Positive leadership and team management skills
