Role Description The Resident Captain is a full-time, hybrid role based in Indore, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the residence, including resident onboarding, check-ins, and resolving service requests. The Resident Captain coordinates with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth functioning and a high standard of living for residents. Responsibilities include monitoring adherence to company policies, supporting community events,



and maintaining accurate records and reports. The role also involves regular interaction with residents to gather feedback, address concerns, and escalate issues to the central operations or support teams when needed.
Qualifications

- Robust resident-facing skills, including relationship management, conflict resolution, and empathetic communication.
- Operational and coordination abilities, such as team supervision, vendor/partner coordination, and basic administrative record-keeping.
- Organizational skills, including time management, task prioritization, and attention to detail in daily operations.
- Comfort with technology tools and apps for reporting, ticketing, and internal communication.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements.
- Prior experience in hospitality, property management, student housing, or customer service is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is advantageous; equivalent experience in operations or resident management is also valued.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, based on resident and operational needs.
