Role Description The LIFE INSURANCE PROFESSIONAL ADVISORS role is a full time on-site position based in INDIA. In this role, the advisor will meet with clients to understand their financial goals and protection needs, explain LIC's insurance and financial products, and recommend suitable plans. The advisor will assist clients with policy applications, documentation, and claims support, ensuring a smooth and transparent customer experience. Daily responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, following up on leads, conducting financial needs assessments,



and participating in training or meetings organized by LIC. The advisor will also engage in community outreach and networking activities to expand their client base and contribute to LIC's mission of providing accessible insurance coverage.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge and interest in Insurance and Finance to guide clients on suitable plans and long-term financial security.
- Candidates should possess skills in Consulting and Customer Service to conduct needs-based assessments and deliver supportive, transparent client interactions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, to explain complex products in an understandable way.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, ethical conduct, and a client-focused mindset, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Candidates should ideally have a minimum educational qualification of higher secondary or graduation, with prior experience in sales, financial services, or insurance considered an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Chhatarpur, managing field activities, and meeting performance targets in a structured yet self-driven environment.
