Role Description This is an on-site internship role based in Bengaluru for a Talent Acquisition Intern. The intern will support end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.



The intern will assist in drafting job descriptions, managing communication with applicants, and preparing basic recruitment reports and dashboards. This internship offers hands-on exposure to talent acquisition in a fast-growing edtech organization, with opportunities to learn, collaborate, and contribute to building high-performing teams.

Qualifications

- Recruitment skills, including Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidate pipelines.
- Hiring and Interviewing skills to support selection processes and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
- Employer Branding awareness to assist in promoting BrightCHAMPS as an attractive workplace across platforms and events.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort working with spreadsheets, applicant tracking tools, or HR systems.
- Interest in the edtech sector and a passion for supporting mission-driven, learning-focused organizations.
