We are looking for a technically strong and experienced professional to join our After-Sales Service Team for the North East India region.
TWO MANDATORY SELECTION CRITERIA
1. North East India Candidate – Mandatory
- Candidate must belong to or be from one of the North Eastern states.
- Good knowledge of North East geography, local language and regional customer/dealer network.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the North East region.
2. Strong Hydraulic Knowledge – Mandatory
- Good practical knowledge of hydraulic systems and components.
- Hands-on experience in hydraulic troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and failure analysis.
- Knowledge of hydraulic pumps, cylinders, directional control valves (DCVs), hydraulic circuits and related components.
- Ability to independently handle field service issues and provide technical support.
Other Eligibility Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in hydraulic systems, construction equipment, commercial vehicles, mining equipment or tipping systems.
- Experience in Tipper / Tip-Trailer / Tipping Kit installation,
maintenance and troubleshooting will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, customer-handling and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and field service support to OEMs, dealers and customers.
- Handle hydraulic troubleshooting, breakdowns and warranty-related issues.
- Support Tipping Kit installation, commissioning and maintenance.
- Develop and support the regional dealer and service network.
- Conduct technical training for dealers, mechanics and customers.
