URGENT HIRING – RMO / IMO (RESIDENT MEDICAL OFFICER / IN-HOUSE MEDICAL OFFICER)

We are looking for experienced, responsible, and versatile Resident Medical Officers / In-house Medical Officers to join our hospital team.

Qualification

- MBBS / BAMS / BHMS candidates may apply.
- AYUSH doctors with solid hospital experience are welcome.
- Preference will be given to candidates with substantial experience in multispecialty hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct patient assessment, monitoring, clinical coordination, and documentation within the candidate's professional scope.
- Prepare and maintain medical records, case sheets, discharge summaries, and patient documentation.
- Coordinate with TPA, health insurance companies, ECHS, ESIC, Ayushman Bharat, and other cashless healthcare schemes.
- Handle insurance queries, pre-authorisation documentation, claim-related clarifications, and medical justifications within the assigned role.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, hospital administration,



and insurance teams.
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth coordination between clinical and administrative departments.
- Handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a busy hospital environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experienced, hardworking, responsible, and versatile.
- Robust communication and medical documentation skills.
- Good knowledge of hospital procedures, insurance documentation, and cashless claim processes.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.

Salary & Benefits

- Experienced AYUSH Doctors: Up to ₹40,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
- MBBS Doctors: Negotiable, based on experience, clinical competency, and responsibilities.
