STAFF REQUIREMENT – URGENT HIRING

Hospital: Multi-Speciality Hospital
Location: Siwan, Bihar
Salary: Negotiable, based on qualifications and experience.

We are looking for experienced and qualified professionals for the following positions:

1. HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete hospital HR operations.
- Handle recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Manage staff attendance, leave records, payroll, and employee performance.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary processes.
- Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and staffing requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate qualification in HR or a relevant field.
- Previous experience in hospital HR management preferred.
- Robust knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and employee management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.

2. Hospital Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall day-to-day hospital operations.
- Supervise OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, Emergency, housekeeping, and other departments.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clinical and non-clinical teams.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and service quality.
- Ensure efficient manpower utilization and departmental performance.
- Implement hospital policies, operational procedures, and quality standards.
- Identify operational challenges and take corrective measures.

Candidate Requirements:





- Qualification in Hospital Administration, Hospital Management, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience in hospital operations and administration.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities.

3. TPA & Government Scheme Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage TPA operations, cashless insurance, ECHS, ESIC, and other government healthcare schemes.
- Handle pre-authorisations, approvals, claim submissions, billing, documentation, and settlements.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, and government authorities.
- Manage Ayushman Bharat scheme operations and support expansion of Ayushman services.
- Develop strategies to increase eligible patient admissions under government schemes.
- Monitor claim processing, pending cases, rejections, and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with scheme guidelines.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate qualification in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a relevant field.
- Prior experience in hospital TPA, insurance, and government healthcare schemes is essential.
- Practical knowledge of Ayushman Bharat, ECHS,



ESIC, and cashless processes.
- Strong documentation, coordination, and team-management skills.

4. Nursing & Clinical Staff Trainer

Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
Experience: Minimum 10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular training sessions for nursing, medical, and paramedical staff.
- Train staff in patient care, infection prevention and control, and emergency management.
- Conduct training on ICU, OT, and clinical department protocols.
- Provide training in BLS, patient safety, and hospital SOPs.
- Assess staff skills and identify training requirements.
- Develop training schedules, maintain records, and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Support implementation of NABH standards and clinical quality practices.

Candidate Requirements:

- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in nursing education, clinical training, or hospital staff development preferred.
- Knowledge of NABH standards, infection control, BLS, and patient safety.
- Strong teaching, communication, and leadership skills.
