About the Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities

- Manage and resolve Tier 1–2 IT tickets via ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, Freshservice) with SLA adherence.
- Perform end-to-end IT asset inventory, tracking, and lifecycle management using ITAM tools like Lansweeper, Snipe-IT, or Asset Panda.
- Provide on-site remote desktop support and hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and network devices.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams to escalate issues, procure replacements, and maintain service continuity.
- Document resolutions, update knowledge bases, and contribute to continuous improvement of support workflows.




- Ensure compliance with IT security policies, software licensing, and asset tagging standards across all physical locations.

- Windows OS & Office 365 Administration
- ITIL Foundations
- Ticketing System SLA Management

- Preferred

- Experience with SCCM or Intune for endpoint management
- Basic PowerShell scripting for automation
- IT Asset Disposal and Reuse Compliance Knowledge
