We are looking for an experienced professional with robust technical knowledge of residential house construction and proven sales and business development skills.
The candidate should be capable of understanding client requirements, explaining construction processes and packages, preparing project proposals, and converting prospects into confirmed construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client enquiries for independent houses, villas and residential projects.
Understand plot dimensions, floor plans, budgets and construction requirements.
Explain construction methods, materials, specifications and packages.
Coordinate with technical and estimation teams for proposals and quotations.
Conduct client meetings, follow-ups and site visits.
Generate leads, negotiate and close construction projects.
Maintain sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
Requirements
Experience in residential or turnkey construction.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods and estimation basics.
Excellent client communication, negotiation and sales skills.
Experience handling high-value construction projects.
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields preferred.
