Job brief

We are looking for an AM/DM – PMS & OD to support performance management processes, organizational development initiatives, employee engagement, competency mapping, training coordination, and HR process improvements. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills and a keen interest in enhancing employee performance and organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, periodic reviews, and annual appraisals.
- Track KRAs, KPIs, and employee performance evaluation timelines.
- Support organizational development initiatives to improve employee effectiveness and productivity.
- Assist with competency mapping,



skill gap analysis, and development planning.
- Coordinate training and development programs based on identified employee needs.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, feedback surveys, and action plans.
- Maintain PMS records, reports, dashboards, and HR MIS.
- Coordinate with department heads and employees to ensure timely completion of PMS activities.
- Monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and support data-driven HR decisions.
