Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Designer Injection Molding role based in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. The designer will be responsible for developing and refining injection mold designs for plastic components, including creating 2D and 3D drawings, selecting appropriate materials, and ensuring manufacturability. Daily tasks include collaborating with production and quality teams, reviewing customer specifications, optimizing mold designs for cycle time and durability, and supporting tooling modifications and improvements.



The role also involves troubleshooting design-related issues on the shop floor, maintaining design documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of mold design standards and processes. Qualifications
• Strong skills in CAD design and 3D modeling tools for creating and modifying injection mold designs.
• Knowledge of plastic materials, injection molding processes, and tooling design principles.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and industry standards.
• Experience collaborating with production, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve design and process issues.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving capability, and ability to work accurately under production timelines.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tool Design, Plastic Technology, or a related technical field.
• Prior experience in injection molding design or tool room environments is highly beneficial.
• Willingness to work on-site in Hosur and be actively involved in shop-floor activities.
