Key Responsibilities
* Identify potential clients and generate leads through calls, online research, and networking.
* Understand client requirements and introduce relevant IT services and solutions.
* Schedule meetings, deliver presentations, and follow up with prospects.
* Support proposal preparation and help convert enquiries into business.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups.
* Work towards agreed sales targets with guidance from the team. Who Can Apply
* Freshers interested in sales,



business development, and the IT industry.
* Candidates with valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
* Individuals who are willing to learn, take initiative, and follow up consistently.
* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and MS Office or Google Workspace.
* Previous sales experience is welcome but not required. Training & Compensation
* First 3 months: Structured training with a stipend.
* After 3 months of training: Monthly salary of ₹12,000–₹18,000, based on performance, plus incentives.
