Responsibilities:
• Perform equity share and business valuations for private limited and unlisted companies.
• Prepare financial models, business projections, and cash flow forecasts.
• Conduct valuations using DCF, Comparable Company Multiples, NAV, and other relevant methods.
• Analyse financial statements, business performance, and industry trends.
• Prepare valuation reports, supporting workings, and documentation.
• Assist with valuation assignments for fundraising, share transfers, mergers, acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with clients to collect financial data and clarify business assumptions. Required
Skills:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in valuation and financial modelling.
• Solid knowledge of valuation methodologies and financial statement analysis.
• Good command of MS Excel and financial modelling.
• Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Experience in a CA firm or valuation firm will be preferred.
