Mahabir Prefab, a division of Mahabir Industries, specializes in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), industrial sheds, warehouses, prefabricated structures, and roofing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle and convert leads from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other B2B/B2C platforms.
* Connect with customers through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
* Generate new leads, negotiate deals, follow up on quotations, and close sales.
* Visit customer sites and meet contractors, builders, architects, and industrial clients.
* Coordinate with internal teams to understand customer requirements and prepare quotations.




* Develop new business opportunities and maintain solid client relationships. Skills & Qualifications
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
* Confidence in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.
* Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email.
* Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
* Graduate in any relevant discipline.
* Knowledge of IndiaMART, B2B sales, construction, or manufacturing is an added advantage.
