Role Description DevOps & DevSecOps Engineer, AI-First Job Summary We are seeking a Senior DevOps & DevSecOps Engineer, AI-First with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in DevOps to drive the evolution of secure, scalable, and AI-powered enterprise developer platforms. The role will focus on DevOps, DevSecOps, GitHub, Kubernetes, AI, and Artifactory, with responsibility for advancing developer experiences, implementing AI-driven automation, strengthening platform security, and ensuring reliable platform operations at scale.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive the evolution of enterprise DevOps and DevSecOps platforms with a focus on secure, scalable, and AI-powered developer experiences.
• Develop and enhance platform capabilities using GitHub, Kubernetes, and Artifactory.
• Design and implement AI agents to automate remediation, pipeline upgrades, security fixes, and operational activities at scale.
• Apply DevSecOps practices to embed security, testing, observability, and compliance throughout platform operations.
• Build automation capabilities that improve developer self-service and engineering productivity.
• Own platform operations end-to-end, driving reliability, zero-downtime delivery,



and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate directly with engineering teams to understand platform needs, improve developer productivity, and drive adoption.
• Measure and improve engineering effectiveness through automation outcomes and data-driven improvements.
• Promote an AI-first engineering culture by identifying opportunities to automate operational and platform engineering activities. Required Skills Proficient
