About the role
We are a project management company delivering a 70,000 sq ft sports complex. We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead project delivery from planning through handover.

Qualifications:

E./B.
Tech Civil Engineering, B.
Arch, or Construction Management. 5
- 7 + years of construction projectmanagement experience. Experience managing projects of comparable scale; sports, commercial, institutional, or hospitality projects preferred. PMP/CCM certification is an advantage, not mandatory.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and control the master schedule, milestones, and recovery plans. Manage project budget, contractor bills, variations, forecasts, and cost control. Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and client representatives.



Oversee quality, safety, documentation, inspections, and statutory compliance. Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, site instructions, and change requests. Conduct site meetings, prepare client reports, and manage escalations. Lead testing, commissioning, snag closure, documentation, and project handover.
Skills required: MS Project or Primavera P6. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and projectmanagement software. Solid knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and site execution. Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
