Role Description The Yarn Spinning Technical Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of yarn spinning, including process optimization, quality control, and troubleshooting issues in spinning operations. The role involves monitoring production parameters, analyzing test data from the laboratory, and implementing corrective actions to improve yarn quality and productivity. The Yarn Spinning Technical Head will guide and support technical staff, coordinate with production teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards and internal procedures. The role also includes training team members on best practices, introducing new technologies or methods as needed, and preparing technical reports and documentation for management.



Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills to interpret test data, diagnose process issues, and drive continuous improvement in yarn spinning operations.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with production teams, laboratory staff, and management, and for preparing transparent technical reports.
• Technical support capabilities, including hands-on experience with spinning machinery, process settings, and quality control systems.
• Team management experience, with the ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate technical and operational staff in a mill or laboratory environment.
• Training skills to design and deliver practical training sessions on spinning processes, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related field, with substantial experience in yarn spinning.
• In-depth knowledge of cotton properties, yarn testing methods, and industry quality standards (e.g., count, strength, evenness, Uster parameters).
• Familiarity with production planning, process control tools, and basic computer skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Commitment to workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and ethical, non-discriminatory practices.
