Role Description The Marketing Assistant will support the planning and execution of marketing activities to promote SJ-KPR’s pharmaceutical consultancy services. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gujarat, India and involves assisting in market research, gathering competitive intelligence, and preparing marketing reports. The role includes coordinating with internal teams to understand service offerings, supporting sales and marketing campaigns,



and helping manage customer inquiries and follow-ups. The Marketing Assistant will contribute to the creation of marketing materials, maintain databases and CRM records, and support event, webinar, or client meeting logistics. The individual will work closely with senior team members to help drive brand visibility, lead generation, and client engagement in domestic and international markets. Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze data to support marketing and business development decisions.
• Sales and Sales & Marketing capabilities to assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and basic campaign support.
• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry concepts is preferred.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms is an advantage.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field is desirable.
• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment and a willingness to learn about regulatory and technical aspects of the consultancy’s services.
