Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Purchase Manager role based at the Rudrapur facility. The Purchase Manager will oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor identification, evaluation, negotiation, and selection for raw materials, components, and services. Responsibilities include managing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and timeline requirements. The role involves close coordination with production, R&D;, logistics, and finance to align purchasing activities with project schedules and business goals.



The Purchase Manager will also monitor supplier performance, drive cost optimization initiatives, support compliance with emission-control and sustainability standards, and prepare regular reports and documentation for management review. Qualifications
• Strong procurement and supply chain management skills, including vendor development, negotiation, and contract management.
• Ability to manage inventory, analyze demand, and optimize purchasing to support manufacturing and project timelines.
• Familiarity with automotive or industrial components, preferably exhaust systems, tubing, or emission-control technologies.
• Proficiency with ERP or purchasing software, MS Excel, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cost-containment capabilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in automotive or mobility-related industries.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and sustainable practices, with the ability to work on-site in Rudrapur.
