Role Overview FoxClub is expanding across residential communities and neighbourhood networks in Bengaluru. We are looking for confident, energetic interns who enjoy meeting parents, executing society-level events, and generating leads through on-ground marketing. This internship offers hands-on exposure to event execution, community marketing, and real-world brand building. Target Execution: Cover 4 societies per week. Team Structure: 1 Outreach Manager + 2–3 Field Support Interns.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute society events such as: Drawing competitions, Pottery workshops, Storytelling sessions, Kids activity meets, Parent networking events
• Coordinate with society management committees for event permissions
• Distribute flyers and promotional materials
• Engage with parents and generate leads
• Maintain lead database and share weekly updates
• Support centre walk-ins and conversions
• Coordinate with internal FoxClub team for event execution ? Field Work Requirement (Mandatory)



This is a field-based role involving weekend travel within Bengaluru. Candidate must be comfortable with outdoor/indoor event execution, interacting with parents and children, and visiting residential societies and coordinating with committees. Candidate must be open to field work and local travel. Skills Required
