Role Summary The Accounts Executive will manage day-to-day accounting, GST and TDS compliance, marketplace reconciliations and MIS reporting, while coordinating with external CAs and auditors to ensure timely, accurate statutory filings and financial closing.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with external Chartered Accountants (CAs) for GST, TDS, income tax, audits and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare and reconcile data for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, verify ITC against GSTR-2B, and support annual filing of GSTR-9 / 9C.
• Calculate TDS, support quarterly TDS filing and maintain related documentation.
• Handle day-to-day accounting, including bank reconciliation, vendor and customer reconciliations, ledger scrutiny and maintenance of books of accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor invoice processing, payment follow-ups, outstanding tracking and timely recording of transactions.
• Reconcile e-commerce and quick-commerce settlements for Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other platforms. Verify sales, commissions, deductions, returns, debit notes, credit notes and payment settlements.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, expense statements,



financial summaries and other management reports.
• Assist in monthly and annual financial closing and ensure the accuracy of accounting records.
• Provide CAs and external auditors with financial data, reconciliations, ledgers and supporting documents for audits and tax filings.
• Ensure timely completion of statutory compliances, reconciliations and submission of financial information to management. Required Qualifications & Experience

Com / M.
Com or equivalent (CA Inter or MBA Finance is a plus).
• 2–4 years of experience in accounts, with hands-on GST and TDS exposure.
• Experience in D2C, FMCG, e-commerce or retail preferred. Skills Required
• Working knowledge of Tally, or similar accounting software.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivots, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP) for reconciliations.
• Valuable understanding of GST, TDS and basic income tax.
• Understanding of marketplace settlements and quick-commerce billing.
• Attention to detail, ownership, timely follow-up and clear communication.
