Role Description The Acquisition Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding current customers for savings, deposit, and loan products, with a focus on targeted segments aligned to the bank’s inclusion strategy. Daily activities include generating leads through field visits, local market networking, and partnerships, conducting customer meetings, and explaining product features, benefits, and eligibility.



The role involves completing end-to-end account opening and documentation processes, coordinating with branch and operations teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies. The Acquisition Manager will also track acquisition metrics, prepare basic sales reports, support promotional campaigns, and maintain high standards of service to strengthen customer relationships and retention. Qualifications
• Customer acquisition and sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, with the ability to meet defined targets.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills to engage diverse customer segments and build long-term trust.
• Basic financial and banking knowledge, particularly around savings, deposits, and retail loan products.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and mobile-based applications for customer onboarding and daily sales activities.
• Attention to detail and adherence to compliance, KYC, and documentation standards.
• Ability to work in the field, understand local market dynamics, and collaborate with branch teams.
