· Founding Lead, Business Development & Partnerships About TNAP Platforms TNAP Platforms is building a consumer platform that brings discovery, conversation, community and commerce together in one place, instead of scattering them across apps. The product is built and in testing. We're a small team in Bengaluru. These are our first two commercial hires, and both work directly with the founders. You'll build our partnerships with brands, merchants, advertisers and agencies from the ground up, and lead the company to its first revenue. Responsibilities
• Build and run the partnerships pipeline across brands, merchants, advertisers and agencies.
• Open doors and close our first partners before the company is widely known.
• Design pilots with clear goals, run them, and turn the successful ones into long-term partnerships.
• Shape the commercial model with the founders: partnership formats, pricing and terms.
• Bring what partners need back to the product team.
• Set targets, track them and report on them every week.




• Hire and lead the partnerships team as it grows. What we expect
• 5+ years in business development, partnerships or sales, ideally in consumer internet, marketplaces, D2C, advertising or media.
• Deals you sourced, negotiated and closed yourself, with the numbers to show for them.
• Strong relationships with brands, merchants or agencies in India.
• Confidence with commercial terms and contracts.
• Transparent, persuasive writing and presenting. Who you are
• You're experienced and still hands-on: you set the direction and do the work.
• You're comfortable with the pace and uncertainty of an early company.
• You're in Bengaluru or willing to relocate. What you can expect
